It's So Hard To Know What's Right These Days,...

"Vaccinations cause autism. Sure, science says otherwise, but Jenny McCarthy has some real convincing anecdotes."

-- "Scott Sacks", admitting (as so many do these days) that in the face of a child's death - or even a possible epidemic - a crazy NewAge porn star's tail tale on Oprah is all the self-styled NewAge medic/mom needs to get the tears flowing,...well, that, and The Onion.

As Ann Althouse notes, "The beautiful ones are so cruel..."

  1. My aunt, an educated woman and retired Air Force major, is convinced that vaccines are the work of the devil (her two nephews have autism). I realized this when she gave me the "if you'd only see" spiel and then insinuated that childhood vaccines may have caused my brush with uterine cancer at age 24. The issue came up because she sent me a video of a girl whining about how her life was ruined by the Gardasil vaccine. Boo frickin' hoo. At least she won't get cancer.
