NewAge Makes Ugly Predictions Come True

Wow - he called it perfectly:

Back in July, Madonna's brother, Christopher Ciccone, told The Daily Mail, "the edict that you have to belong [to the Kabbalah cult] in order to work for [Madonna] hasn't yet been formalised, but I suspect it will soon be." And now, according to Showbiz Spy, his words carry weight:

"Madonna's friendship with Britney Spears is reportedly on the rocks after the Toxic singer ditched Kabbalah.

Spears, 26, had been following the mystical Jewish faith as part of her ongoing attempts to straighten out her public image.

But, according to Britain's
News of The World newspaper, Spears no longer wants to be involved with the celeb religion -- and subsequently had her forthcoming live spot on Madonna's Sticky & Sweet tour dumped.

A source says, "Madonna is dismayed that Britney has just dropped Kabbalah.

"She's always believed it is a way of life, not just something to pick up and get rid of on a whim.

"Madonna doesn't feel she can work with Britney any more because they're just not aligned on a spiritual level."

Britney -- who releases her sixth studio album,
Circus, in December -- was due to appear on stage with the Queen of Pop for a live duet as part of the US leg of her tour. But the stunt has now been axed."

Well, well, well. This certainly doesn't sound like altogether "spiritual" behavior to me,...just very, very cultishly NewAge.
